      The fees at this bank are the scummiest I've heard of in a very long time. I was shocked to hear they still charged overdraft fees, and even worse CARD REPLACEMENT fees when your account is victimized by theft!!! The gall to punish their clients when they've just been victimized by ID theft... scummy, scammy, scuzzy.

      Very poor customer service from the branch manager (DUSTIN A) and bank rep Crystal V. Avoid the DeKalb branch at all costs They actually told me they are ":too busy" to get back to customers who have a banking issue. This happened not one, but twice. Closed my Account instantly. AVOID DeKalb PNC Bank!
