      It just keeps getting worse. They close at 5:30, I arrive at the drive up at 5:12, and they tell us we will get to you in a little bit. The lobby is closed and there are 4 employees inside and only one drawer open. Obviously closing everything early for a hastened escape at 5:30. Customer service is a thing of the past. I can't wait to transfer to a new bank.
