Asif and Kathy gave me a very hard time with my closing process. Kathy is very rude and gave me a hard time a lot. They are not responsible at all. You have to push them for a response. I don’t recommend anyone going to this service. No one should have to go through what I went through.

Initially when I started my mortgage they were very responsive but once my application was sent out they did not communicate with me. Whenever I asked for and update they would ignore me. Took them very long to close and finally when we closed they wanted more than they initially quoted me. Very disappointed would not recommended. Changed my review to a 1 if I could 0. Cathy is absolutely disgusting and Aseef is does nothing except bring customers by showing fake compassion he only wants your money. Most of his clients are his people.
