      0 stars. These rats keep eating my money. Process with anyone but heartland. Total liars with all kinds of hidden, non-refundable fees.

      Heartland Payment Systems is notorious for charging hidden fees without informing the clients. These fees are PCI compliance fee if $120 per month, MasterCard high risk fee $500-$700 a year. They will not refund these fee despite providing them with documents. I strongly discourage using them they are total rip-off.

      We wish we can give them 0 star. After talking with ‘’supervisor’’ I learned how many SECRET fees you have to pay. We closed our account and they can’t take any money from us.
