  Janice is extremely rude! After a phone conversation, I say "thank you", only to get the phone hung up in my ear. Not a "You're welcome" not a "have a nice day" not a "thanks for calling Provident", no, the phone just hangs up in my ear, and she did it twice. I called back to ask for her name and she did it again after I once again said, "thank you". No professionalism, not pleasant at all! Everytime I come to the bank I avoid her because she's never pleasant. People open their accounts here when they can choose any other bank, and then get met with rudeness! No appreciation for their customers. The security guard Dennis greets every single customer that comes through the doors and opens the door for everyone with a big smile and a warm welcome, he's absolutely wonderful and makes you feel so welcome! Cora is always pleasant with a warm smile! You need more employees like her.

  I came in did a deposit for my landlord I waited on line first off the security guard is so loud, it’s a business I’m glad I don’t want to open an account here I can’t imagine telling the banker my ssn while in the back round hearing the mans convo. Second the teller was so rude when she asked where’s the account number I said I have his name. talking under her breath like I couldn’t hear her. It wasn’t my account and all I had was his name, lady I don’t care if your computer wasn’t in front of you, when I asked for her name she didn’t give me her name and she didn’t have a name tag.management needs to do something this I guess they know I’m not a customer but still treat us all the same. All I know is the teller has red hair and glasses
