  My home loan experience was seamless and easy. Even in the hot housing market where people had to bid well over the asking price, we were still able to secure a loan that met our needs. The paperwork and the communication was consistent and we always knew where we were in the process. Something that sets Mike and Glenn apart is their utilization of videos that walk through a variety of scenario. This was a nice and professional touch that help me understand the process fully. There were also different situations from when I first bought a home, such as appraiser waivers that I did not fully understand until Mike explained it clearly to me. Overall, it was a great, stress-free experience dealing with Mike and Glenn.

  Hands down the best mortgage company I've worked with. Michael refinanced two of my properties simultaneously and then again on one of them just recently. He has been very patient and thorough every time. He is not pushy and is not out there to force you into something when it is not the right time or the right deal. Because of him I am out of a HELOC loan and have a outstanding rate on my home mortgage. I trust him and his team with my eyes closed. Would definitely go with him and his team again.

  I worked with Glenn, Mike and their team for the good part of 2021. It wasn't a great time to be a buyer given the housing shortage and crazy bidding wars but Mike and Glenn made all the difference. They were responsive (even checking-in to ask how things are going and whether I had questions), professional and good at their jobs. Their company's tools for communicating different mortgage scenarios (% down, etc.) is great with nice looking tables, charts and even video recording of Mike going over what I'm looking at (in addition to going over them over the phone). When I found my dream home, they helped me beat out 20+ other offers and when the appraisal came in short, they worked with my real estate agent to submit a rebuttal and even gave me discount on their commission to help finalize the sale. I would 100% recommend them.
