  Awesome service and friendly and they even helped me keep the IRS from stealing $500 from me. (This review was for Whidbey Island Bank. Not Heritage. Who bought out Whidbey. I had to move on after Heritage took over.)

  I went through this banks ATM over the weekend and when I counted the money There was a $20 bill cut in half. I work so I couldn't deal with it until wednesday. I went in with my receipt and asked them to replace the 20. They kept me waiting forever and came back saying I would have to file a complaint through my bank and have them negotiate with their bank. theu wouldnt replace the 20.....a different experience I had was when .I was selling Girlscout cookies and needed some $1 for change. Naturally I used the bank....I went in and asked if I could exchange the 20 for some one dollar Bill's and they said they wouldnt do it unless I had an account with them! Are you serious! The people are very rude there once they find out your not a customer oftheirs. because it's the closest bank to my home I use their ATM quite a bit and I should bring in all of the service charges I paid to them for ATM use......I am refusing to use this bank for any busisness anymore.! Horrible service and they are still making people set an appointment for and banking needs using COVID as their excuse. Evey other bank lobby is now open and has been open for awhile now! what is your problem .
