      Been banking with them since 2018, never had any issues. The mobile deposit has always worked flawlessly but I was really impressed by their office in Sioux Falls the one time that I had a reason to visit in person. Phone support has always been friendly and helpful when I had questions. The interest rates used to be amazing on their eCentive account, not so much anymore but still better than most. Overall, a good bank.

      Fail to relay information with you. Home loans through them are seeming to be a big joke. First time home buyers, find someone else.
