      Great people to work with! Refi'd my car through Heritage and Jacob was super friendly and provided outstanding service. It was also super convenient to process everything digitally/remotely. Would recommend to friends :)

      Horrible customer service the branch manager Tyler is a poor of excuse of a branch manger. I hope no ever needs there account information because it will take them weeks to even get anything done no matter how many times you go in there. I will be canceling my account not worth the hassle!!

      Someone tried to steal my identity and attempted to open checking and savings accounts at multiple institutions. Heritage was the only bank that not only identified the fraud, but also took the initiative to call and text me to let me know what had happened. Unfortunately the other banks didn't do anything at all even when they declined to open the accounts. If I lived closer to this credit union they'd have a new customer!
