  Big Shout Out to Scott Manint for working with me for the past 2 years to get where I needed to be. I know I am a bug (literally can be a pest) at times and Scott never disappointed. He answered my phone calls, responded to my emails, and when the process came to actually get my loan it took less than 60 days. I know he was thinking the pestering is about to stop, however he didn’t say it. I am very grateful for you and your team!! We were in a time crunch and you did not disappoint!! We ended with a great interest rate, payments per month were AMAZING, it was in a timely manner, and most of all OUR FAMILY IS HOME!! Thank you!!!!!

  This place is very unprofessional. I came here as a first time homebuyer and was treated very rude. I now own my home, but not through these people. Nick Goza was my lending agent and he treated me as if I didnt qualify. Assumed I lost my job because of the pandemic. Cursed me out like garbage when I needed an update. The secretary is very rude as well. I didnt think I would ever become a first time buyer after experiencing this but I found help through another agency. Yes NICK I own my home. Thanks not at all. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
