  Working with Kyle was great, best experience with a loan officer ever. There were no issues during the whole process, it was quick and easy and he was an excellent guide through it all. Because of his advice I was able to get a much lower rate than I thought possible and locked in my rate at the best possible time. Also, since Kyle is a broker I was able to shop and compare multiple lenders and find the one that best suited my situation, unlike my bank who I previously used. Most of all, I was treated like a person, not just another client.

  Our realtor referred us to Tina Herold-Byrd. We were first-time homebuyers and new to everything. I was worried that I couldn't find many reviews of Heritage Financial, and in general we had no idea what we were doing. I am so thankful we found this brokerage - Tina was instrumental into getting us into a home with a great deal, and her advice and guidance through the process was absolutely invaluable. Most importantly, she was patient with us as first-time homebuyers, answering all of our questions and sharing years of expertise.
