  John Trotman is one of the most honest and hard working people I have ever met. He helped me and my wife navigate through buying our first house, and kept us informed at every step of the way. He takes pride in helping people realize their dreams and even though our situation wasn’t an easy one he stuck though and fought with us. Even when others said the numbers wouldn’t work John was able to dig deeper and see what other loan officers overlooked. After working with John and Heritage mortgage I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know, friend, family or coworker. And will be returning.   John from Heritage Mortgage Company is the Best! During the whole process of buying a home, John would keep us up to date and informed of the process going forward. He really goes above and beyond for his clients. John was available day or night to answer any questions or concerns with professionalism and dedication.   John from heritage mortgage company was amazing from day one We have 3 other mortgage companies lined up that we quickly moved on from the day I spoke to John his no pressure business like attitude intrigued us from the beginning he found us the best rate in which I had not found for the month I was looking he will answer any and all questions same day usually within minutes and he will make you feel very comfortable during the whole house buying process. Thank you very much John and looking forward to working with you again!
