      Scarlet Spencer was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. I got my mortgage thru Heritage South and we had some bumps in the road due to Covid-19 but Scarlet was patient and everything turned out great. Would highly recommend Scarlet and Heritage South for mortgages. Also Darlene is great too!

      I went in today to open a saving account and I was not impressed. Everything was okay until I walked into the bankers office and she barely said two words to me. I asked her how she was doing and she was responded she was fine but didn’t bother to ask how I was or even engage in conversation. The whole tome she was not engaging or even really acted like she wanted to be there. I didn’t like that I couldn’t set up my own online account so I told her I would go else where. She handed back ID and said nothing. Not a good first impression.
