  Heritage Valley is OUTSTANDING!! I have had the pleasure of being with them for a very long time! I can recall on many occasions, when they have helped me! They have gone above and beyond! I would CERTAINLY recommend them over any regular bank. They are certainly in the top 2 or 3 credit unions in our area. They have the only ATM's that I know of, where you can actually get $10's, instead of just $20's..so, if you want to get $10, $30, or $50 dollars out, you can. Rita, at the Momery Lane Office, is a great lady that is pleasant to work with. She is helpful, and has always been a good, no nonsense person to deal with. There are many good people that work there! I would not hesitate to recommend HVFCU to anyone!

  This has to be the worst company for customer service. The people that answer are extremely rude and condescending. They never try to help you and the one woman in the drive thru on kings mill rd has the worst attitude every time I have attempted to go there to do a transaction. My wife and I ran into a situation where we got stuck trying to cancel a subscription but kept getting the run around. We ended up taking and moving all of our money out of this bank and putting it I. Two separate banks because heritage valley reps refused to assist us or even sympathize a LITTLE. No courtesy, no compassion. The one woman even stated to my wife “we can’t file a dispute because you won’t make a phone call” after my wife explained to her that we’ve been trying to cancel this for three months but getting the run around. Horrible company, horrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars.
