      EXCELLENT customer service for both personal and business banking. We use them for our business line of credit, all of our auto loans, 3 personal checking accounts and our business checking accounts. Karen Garrow is our business contact and she has been instrumental in helping us establish and maintain the health of our business. Mackenzie Warner is our personal banking contact and she’s simply the best. She’s put together 2 auto loans for us seamlessly and made the process so simple and quick; she’s essentially taken all of the difficulty of purchasing a car away. We were able to call, get approved, and negotiate a deal without having to sit in a finance office at a car lot for 3 hours. It’s perfection. Sue and the other employees of the Ludlow branch are a joy to deal with and always make us feel welcome. Most of our employees also bank at Heritage. Awesome small town vibe with big time financial services. We’ll never leave...HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

      Outrageous fees, and ridiculous hours. I would never use this credit union. id rather just put my money under my mattress, because itd probobably do a better job, and id at least have some money left over.
