      Nice homes, actually bought one. Friendly sales people and design coordinator, but like most builders and typical construction companies add, at minimum, a month to any timeline.

      Highland homes does not insulate the interior walls. There is no privacy with sound from room to room. I wish we had know this because it’s hard to sleep in this brand new highland home. Air leaking from windows and they told us it’s the weep holes & that’s why air is coming inside home. We were told by highland homes to pay for interior wall insulation if we want privacy. Highland doesn’t build quality in this area that’s for sure. Wife is upset and baby can’t sleep. Been living here for 9 months, we are thinking about selling home.
