      Don't buy a house in Crosswinds. The pool was closed most of the year and when they opened it they took away all the seating. The "Playground" that was promised is 2 swings. The "walking trails" are just sidewalks around the community. People park cars, boats, and campers on the street for months at a time and no one does anything about it.

      Ethan is phenomenal!!! He made the whole process easy! He is very informative and keeps you updated with every step of the home building process! I can’t say enough good things about him! We are excited to be moving in our first home and with Ethan’s help we will be getting our dream home!
