We decided not to buy in Glen Crossing for one huge reason...it is a PID. This was NOT disclosed when chatting with the assistant which I find HIGHLY dubious. I found out about it online only after doing more research into Glen Crossing. In comparison, last year we were looking at some Perry/Britton homes and they IMMEDIATELY disclosed that the area they were building in was not a PID or an MUD. People, do you research! This is something that should be disclosed to EVERYONE who comes into your models seeking information. In fact, just print up a big sign so people are fully aware of what they're getting into.
