      We will never again purchase a home or property without using Randy Teakell and his team! Not only was he an expert in his field as our mortgage broker and in VA Loans, but he was our go-to guy for every single aspect of the process! He was the guy in the process we trusted and who we knew his goals were in line with ours! Like most it seems, we ran into many obstacles along the way, to include mega-appraisal issues including a Tidewater Initiative being placed on the property, a Reconsideration of Value, issues with real estate agents and much more! Throughout it all, Randy was our steady advocate and voice of reason, our sounding board, teacher and advisor - he quite literally had all the answers or he found it and/or figured it out! There is no way he is required to be as responsive and accessible for us as he was throughout the whole process for everything within his scope, but also outside of his scope, that he had the knowledge and willingness to help us with! He consistently went above and beyond and was so impressive he actually left me interested in what he does as a potential career change! We truly can’t imagine having gotten through the process and in our home that we love so much now, without Randy and his team!
