      First class from start to finish! Leslie, Donna, and Ron were always accessible, extremely patient, and willing to walk us through every step of the process on the road to closing. It didn't matter that we never met in person or shook hands. Every phone or email conversation felt as though we were long-time clients. Having that level of comfort was so important to us and it was delivered in spades. Also, we LOVED the app! This was such a helpful tool in letting us know exactly where we were at, what was needed and where we were headed.
