  HiLine Homes has a wide selection of house options—different sizes, styles, numbers of bedrooms and baths, layouts. We chose Plan #2112 (2,112 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths) to replace our house destroyed in the 2018 Carr Fire in Redding, CA. We selected a few added options that were important to us—9 ft. ceilings, large windows, exterior access from 2 bedrooms, granite countertops, dark stained wood interior trim. Our sales manager John Chandler, who worked with us in construction design and contract negotiation, was very professional and thorough, even taking us on a tour with the homeowners of the same house Plan during its construction. Our project manager Matt Katsares got the house built correctly and on time, was responsive, calmly guided us through the process, and was straightforward regarding each aspect of the job, including any problem solving needed during the project. Product quality is very good, as is the workmanship of each trade. We moved into our new house in February, 2020, and immediately were right at home. The building is solid, well-insulated, up to date for energy conservation, full of light and good feelings. Ron Kardon Redding, CA

  I love HiLine Homes! They are quality-built homes and are AFFORDABLE. I recommend them to all of my clients who are looking to build a great home, at a great price. Kory and John are both great home consultants to work with.

  You'd be hard pressed to find a better company to help you design and build your own custom home. The number of options and upgrades alone is a good reason to go with HiLine Homes. Sure, you can build a prefab or manufactured house for cheaper, but honestly, the quality of the build and the materials used by HiLine Homes is top notch as are their subcontractors that they do business with. You get a 10 year no questions asked warranty on everything from the windows and roof to the drywall and AC/heating system. That's something you don't get hardly anywhere.
