  To say that Tricia was a blessing during this challenging buyers market is an understatement. We are an active duty military family who received short fused orders to Portland due to our baby needing medical care at OHSU. Needless to say, this wasn’t a usual move to Portland, and we needed to find a home asap to be able to deliver our baby at OHSU. Our realtor Julie Yunger who is a seasoned real estate agent in the area highly recommended Tricia Upex. I immediately noticed that Tricia would answer her phone and text messages no matter the day or time. She was readily available to get us pre approval letters, to talk about interest rates, and all the other fun stuff. Tricia was there every day during the process, from pre approval, getting a fantastic rate, advocating for military discounts/benefits and calling the sellers agents to help us get our offer accepted. This was crucial to getting our home and closing in 19 days with a VA loan. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work and for her commitment to helping my family get a home in time to welcome our little guy into this world. Tricia is the one to go to if you need a loan officer who is always available and to fight for you to get the best deal. If you are military and you are reading this, look no further and make the call.
