      Everyone I have encountered at the different Hillcrest Bank branches has been very nice and efficient, of which I am most appreciative. April Medina has helped me with wiring money to Nepal. As a 76 year old with some brain damage, Mrs. Medina has been extremely, extremely understanding of my “slowness”, very patient, and genuinely kind. I am blessed to have her helping me. Definitely blessed. Thank you, Hillcrest Bank!

      People’s bank was great with an amazing app. The app being the main reason I stayed with people’s. The Hillcrest app is a joke. Transactions stay pending for over a week it’s ridiculous. Good luck figuring out how much money you actually have. Sometimes your balance doesn’t adjust until a transaction posts and sometimes your balance adjusts right away. Also the lady with the hair stuck in the 80’s is rude.

      I went in with the elderly woman I help so she could shred some documents. April was so very helpful to us. She walked us over to the big, locked container where documents to be shredded go. The inside of the bank is lovely...airy, roomy. Very nice. I had a good experience here.
