      This is the absolute worst bank I've ever banked with. The staff never answers the phone, they charge ridiculous fees for everything (and the ding dong staff members are happy to defend their criminal policies as long as they keep getting issued their paychecks each week like the sheeple they are) and no one is on the same page regarding the information about their policies they relay to the clients. Save your time, save your money, there are plenty of good banks out there that got wise after the financial crisis and realized that if you continue to screw your customers they will look elsewhere for places to put their hard earned money.

      Since Hillcrest purchased the bank from Peoples bank, it went downhill. The best and nicest managers left, and we noticed all kinds of fee's on our accounts. We have since left and brought our business to a credit union. Do your homework, this bank is based in Texas, is highly conservative and isn't really friendly at all.
