  This Bank has been my favorite. I was referred by several people to here. Jason knew how important it was that people know my name. He has never forgot and neither have a majority of the staff. Thats so nice in a big town.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Hills bank in general has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They are greedy and do not care about their customers AT ALL. And they are not afraid to show it. Michelle in the loan department, as well as her manager especially. Tried to come to an agreement on my loan and the first thing he says is "If you think we are going to take $700 for $1000 loan then you're wrong" It's like he didn't even want to listen to what I had to say. Extremely rude. Called in because they took extra money out of my account for my loan payment because I missed a few. Life happens, people get behind. But they do not care. I was then told that they do not have an agreement set up with me, and they did not take any money out of my account. Are you kidding me? I told them I can forward them the email with the receipt from the transaction and they said no. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he will not call me back. Was blind transferred to his voicemail while I was in the middle of talking. Called back and Michelle refused to answer the phone. And sure enough he never called me back. People have strict budgets and bills to pay to other people besides them. I sat there in shock after getting off of the phone thinking to myself "Did that just really happen?." I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and I wish i did more research before I got a loan through them. Dupaco is a great option for a loan. Super friendly, understanding, and willing to work with you no matter the situation.
