My experience with working with Waterstone was great. They were warm and friendly from Dalton who greets you to the loan officer who worked with me. However more importantly they were efficient. Kathryn Brune knows her stuff and she makes sure everything is in place so you close when you're supposed to close. She has a wealth of knowledge and freely shares it with you.

Kathryn and her team were amazing to work with on purchasing our first home. She did excellent on guiding us on how to work on our credit to get it where it needed to be. Kathryn also did great at explaining how to continue improving even after purchasing. Her team was very prompt at responding via texts, calls, emails, etc. I highly recommend this team for first time home buyers that are learning the process for the first time such as we ourselves.
