      I am A Realtor My name is Polly Bowman I have worked with Artesian with a customer building a new home OMG! this builder did above and beyond for my customers they were so so professional the best builder i Have ever worked with Hands Down BEST! Victoria Reyes Is the absolutely amazing she is very professional and helped my client with their new home get everything they wanted! her lender Mr. Jim Ward was also amazing he went above and beyond!!! Thank you for working so hard I appreciate you all so very much I will be working with you in the future and will bring my clients to Artesian Village Laporte!!!

      They push the warranty but they are quick to blame the buyer. Warranty is nothing to them. Poor poor workmanship. Yes I agree...a quick 300k making the owner rich and they don't care about the buyer.
