  What can I say about Cory Mason as a Realtor? Just not enough! He is a Realtor Extraordinaire! I bought my house through Cory 16 years ago and sold it recently through him, and both times he went above and beyond what could be expected of any Realtor. Trustworthy, very thorough, strategic and thoughtful are just a few words I would use to describe how he handled the recent selling of my home in the midst of all this Covid chaos. He and Margo, his wife, make a great team. Initially, they presented to me their strategy and timeline, so I would know what to expect. Margo did a wonderful job of photographing, editing, copy editing and presenting my home online, and Cory walked me through the preparation of getting my house ready to sell and kept checking on me to see if I needed any help to get things done. He then marketed the house in such a way that it sold within three days. He was always available if I had any questions and always protected my interests. The house was suppose to close on one date, my furniture was gone and I was ready to go, but the bank said they couldn’t close on the allotted date because they were backlogged. So, he made sure my hotel was covered until the closing and every other detail was covered. I am grateful and highly recommend Cory and Margo: they were a pleasure to work with under such stressful conditions. Susan Manbeian

  Picture this. It's 2020, during covid, and you decide to buy and sell a home. Most people would think you were crazy. Most people thought we were crazy. But we had a secret weapon. Cory and Margo of Home Again. From the start, Cory helped us get our home looking perfect for picture day and Margo made our house look so good we wanted to buy it all over again. All the work we had put into the house over the years was highlighted, showing the strength of our home on the market. Cory made sure we used the description of the property to its fullest and made sure every picture had captions highlighting the upgrades, the community, and the surrounding neighborhood. And all that work was worth it! Those flat surfaces Cory kept asking for paid off with an accepted offer in under 48-hours. He worked with the buyer, keeping everything easy for us while we continued to work from home during Covid, even handling rent-back negotiations when we experienced a change in closing date from the sellers on our purchase. When it came to buying, Margo was extremely responsive to our needs. She helped us as we evaluated place after place, handling all the covid protocols and keeping us and the sellers safe. She talked us through the positives and negatives of choices, what might affect our lives as we moved from AG to Paso, and then negotiated an offer that was accepted for our dream home. Yet, even while we fretted, Margo was standing by ready to help morning and night. Even after the sale had closed, Margo has been there to communicate with the previous owners on our (or their behalf). For the loan, it was extremely convenient to work with Margo. She knew our budget from the very beginning and helped arrange everything to make sure our offer was as strong as possible. Throughout the process, she made sure every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed. The loan closed on-time and without a hitch.

Trusting Margo and I that great communication and doing all the right things 'up-front' would cause your home to sell for more and close around your schedule, that your home buying process would be predictable and empowering, and that the resulting loan would reflect the absolute lowest interest rate and fees...then yes, you're crazy.
