  Shannon is wonderful! She sold 2 other of my friends homes. I am so glad I choose her as my realtor. She was there every step of the way; before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. She always had my back and kept me updated every step of the way. This was in regards to the selling of my home. If you are looking for a realtor who you can trust, I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

  Where do I begin? When moving to the area Shannon Bowdy was my realtor ONLY to help us decide where we would eventually buy (we just signed a year rental lease). She worked so hard knowing we weren’t immediately looking to purchase, however that changed when the house we LOVED dropped dramatically in price. She called us immediately and we got the house. Flash forward a year and she was my mom’s realtor and she worked just as hard to get her the perfect home. We used her a third time to sell my mom’s house and her team did such an AMAZING job and the house had multiple offers and was sold in a week!! She is bubbly, caring and oh so knowledgeable. If you want a realtor and team that will go above and beyond the call of duty, look no further! Another perk…. she continues to stay in touch with cards, notes, holiday greetings and more. A plus plus plus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  If you are looking to buy or sell a home on the Central Coast, you could not be in better hands! Shannon Bowdey is an active member of the community and incredibly knowledgable about each neighborhood in the area. She was our agent for the sale of two of our homes and helped us purchase a property. Shannon was responsive when we had questions or requests. She walked us through a detailed marketing plan to sell our home, selling each property in under 30 days. When it came time for negotiations, her experience was key in helping us navigate some complicated situations. I particularly appreciated how she would present us with options while leaving the final decision up to us. Finally, on our most recent transaction, I experienced an emergency right before the closing of escrow. Shannon worked tirelessly with the Escrow Officer to make certain that I could focus on my recovery while they took as much off my plate as possible.
