      Couldn't ask for a better title co. The attorney Mr Phillips is the best. Thorough and patient. I highly recommend them.

      Terrible experience. We work with a lot of great title companies in town for real estate closings and this isn't one. Upon arrival, ourselves (listing agents) and sellers weren't greeted and when we found where our closing was, were asked to wait outside as the buyers were going first. (This would've been nice to know upfront). 20 mins later we were allowed to come in but the closing agent, Cindi Pearce, asked who we were and said they weren't usually allowing agents in for closings. (Again, would be good to know upfront). Once we were settled in, the closing was relatively quick and went okay. Definitely don't want to go back here!!! Much better places to close real estate!!!

      This has been the WORST home closing experience I have ever had! My first interaction with this company was a cold-call requesting my bank information and SSN. When I explained that I did not feel comfortable providing this information, I was made to feel that my taking time to ensure the protection of my finances was inconvenient. And then, instead of working through the buyer AND seller realtor, I received a frantic call from this company, demanding information without taking the time to listen to my questions or concerns. The office manager ARGUED with me when I simply asked a question about details in paperwork. I was sent BLANK paperwork to sign. Overall, I would not recommend.
