  Me and my husband had the best experience ever with David and his team Home Lenders of Georgia. They worked hard and fast to get us approved for a loan. Me and my husband now own a beautiful home. I would definitely recommend David and his team to my family and friends and to anyone else. Best service ever!!

  This public forum is an excellent way to showcase the gaps in a business' operations that they might otherwise not be aware of. I left a review which I'm entitled to do. While I appreciate you reply to my previous review, it only supports my statements about your unprofessionalism. I stated in my review you were unresponsive. You and your staff failed to call me back or provide a reply. You could've communicated the reasoning in your response in any of the multiple calls, emails and texts I initiated. Unfortunately, you didn't and this is simply a fact. You have every right to not do business with any client, myself included. But you didn't communicate this and had your staff lead me on with promises of "call backs" for weeks. That is all. Its quite simple but when you lead with ego, pride and lack integrity... I could see how an inaccurate and emotional response is what I would get. But let's address: I whole-heartedly apologize for texts after business hours or on weekends. However, that overstep could've been communicated and easily addressed. As far as your other accusations, I've never question the cost of an appraisal. $25? That's cute. :) I lived in every property I purchased with the exception of my investment property. If your memory fails to serve you, that does not make your delusions factual. If they aren't delusions, then you're knowingly lying. Google reviews are not an attempt to ruin your reputation nor do I have any interest in ruining your business. I only left an account of the unprofessionalism I experienced. Threats to disclose more "information on a public forum" bc you believe constructive feedback is an attack is (to my point)...well, unprofessional. Good day.

  In this market, your loan officer has to be responsive else you will lose out on what could be the opportunity of a lifetime. I would expect Home Lenders of GA to understand that and Dawn dropped the ball terribly. Absolutely would not recommend. Ive purchased property using them as a lender in the past and the service professionalism is not longer what it used to be. When they were more respectful of a buyers time and situation, I referred family and friends solely bc of the amazing customer service. It’s all went down hill in 2022. Perhaps bc Amanda is no longer with the company or because Dawn isn’t as honest and transparent as she once was. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. One minute they are preparing a pre-approval letter for you, by the time it expires and you reach back out, the VP of the company has “ghosted” you. I called multiple times and was told the person I need to speak with is “in a meeting with the door closer” and that I would “receive a call back.” I waited for a call and while doing so lost my potential dream home. Dawns lack of response continued across weeks. Emails were ignored. Then after 8 weeks, I was told “Dawn isn’t taking new clients”?!!? When the VP of the company operates at this level, What can a person expect? And is a sense of ill-will or unwillingness to help the type of company I want to do business with when it comes to a couple hundred thousand dollar purchase? I’ll pass.

  Elmira, I very much appreciate all of your business and your family members you have passed but I have made a conscious decision to no longer work with you or your family. That is not unprofessional in any way. It is simply a preference that I have with regard to my time and your abuse and inconsideration of it. If you would like for me to go into detail on a public forum, I will be happy to but the decision was based on previous experiences with you. To receive text messages nights and weekends on properties asking if you qualify but really having no intention of purchasing, that is inconsiderate of my time. To ask of properties can be called primary residences when they are not, is an insult to my profession and integrity. To nickle and dime why an appraisal was $575 and not $550 is a poor use of my time and my staff’s time. This has happened on numerous occasions. I can continue to post more since you are trying to ruin my reputation on a public forum. Shall I? I do wish you and your family the best of luck but I don’t want to continue to do business with you. Because I chose to not work with you further does not entitle you to try to ruin my reputation, business and family’s well-being. I have the right to choose who I work with Elmira. And there are 1,000,000 loan officers waiting for you out there. Anyone can help you. Be blessed. -Dawn Munoz, Vice President.
