  Attempted a refinance with David Brown at Performance Lending over the course of a month. Aside from an initial response, I was constantly chasing him up for answers and progress on my loan estimate which ultimately never eventuated. Even when I left a message with reception for any loan agent to get back to me, there was no response whatsoever. I got the sense that my money was just not good enough for them to make an effort. There are so many players in this market, I'm sure another lender can be found that gives at least a modicum of customer service.

  David Brown and Terri Artis were singlehandedly the most efficient, caring and focused people you could ever work through. David would not stop until he got me the lowest rate possible and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of, even if it took him more time. I ran into an issue the day that I was to close that could have affected my ability to close, but Terri passionately worked to resolve my issue. And she did! Her committed and "bull-dogged" approach proved to be very helpful when I was lost and confused. And, they saved me SO much money on my monthly mortgage. I would unequivocally recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or refinance. Thanks so much!
