I highly recommend Jeff Edwards Group. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining a competitive mortgage for my new home, a line of credit for construction and then the re-fi effectively and efficiently. The set-up for the documents is extremely simple and more importantly secure. There is no smarter, more skilled, thorough lender in the business. Jeff has the ability to think through a deal like no one I've ever encountered, thereby avoiding pitfalls and "unforeseen" issues. If Jeff cannot the loan, it cannot be gotten. I have been working with him for the 19 years that I've been selling real estate and I will continue to do so until one of us retires. On top of all that - he's a great guy.
