Jason Sharon and his team were asome!! From the first initial meeting too the closing they were highly professional, informative and helpful in every aspect. So much value in Jason amd his staff. Also, Mr. Jason Sharon has a few good books he has authored that are helpful. He is very smart and really knows the ins and outs of the loan process and how to help you in the best way possible. He is realistic and if he thinks he can help you reach your goal, by gollie he will. We have refinanced our home twice with him and never disappoints. Mr. Sharon and Ms. Sanders were very helpful in closing our loan. We were closing our loan during the COVID-19 pandemic, so as to be expected unfortunate events and delays did occur. Not only was COVID-19 in full swing, it was also prime buying season with historically low interest rates. Our loan was delayed about one week versus our expected closing date. Mr. Sharon and Ms. Sanders worked hard on our behalf to get the needed closing documents from the lender in CA. Once we closed Mr. Sharon offered to pay our early possession fees and also reimbursed us the fees to buy a point on our interest rate. Mr. Sharon and his team made concessions for us that were unexpected and we truly appreciate his gesture. I would recommend Home Loans Inc to family, friends and fellow veterans going forward! Thanks again Mr. Sharon and Ms. Sanders.
