  This company is full of scammers. Not only do they rarely return your calls, but cannot give you direct answers regarding your interest rate and monthly payments. We ultimately decided to go with a different lender after their lack of communication with our insurance company, appraisal company and having us wait now 2 months to close on a home. All because they do not know what they are doing. The lender we were working with would have his phone turned off for days with excuses of he lost his phone or he was studying for his real estate license. Maybe focus on your job you have now!!! Kevin is a complete joke along with Corvin Walker. My realtor calls these guys the fake bank! Now that I’ve gone with a different lender they were able to slash my mortgage payment in half of what they guys were quoting! Complete scam artists!

We were very concerned on reading your review and spent a great deal of time here speaking to the members of the team who where involved. We discovered a number concerns, but also noted many of these concerns were addressed by both the MLO you were working with as well as the Branch Manager. Also, important advice was provided to you regarding your qualifications for loans in two states. But truly what is most important here is that you found a loan that works for you. We are not a company of scammers, but a well-established mortgage lender with locations across the country. Our goal is to help people within the communities we serve find homeownership. It's our one true goal. And we help hundreds of clients every month. And as no lender can assist every client that comes their way, we will do everything possible to help qualified borrowers with the loan they seek.
