  Amazing.. Thor is the best, talked us through all the steps so we understood all options and explained things in a way that didn't go over our heads! Checked in with us throughout our house hunt and made sure we were covered and got the best rates in this crazy house market! If/When we buy another home in the future, we will definitely use him again!!

  In January, my husband and I were in the process of purchasing and moving into our first home. We were moving across the country (last minute due to my husband being in the military) and I was pregnant, due in February. Safe to say it was a stressful time. Thor Chitow was amazing to work with and helped ease our minds so much! He was there every step of the way. He walked us through the whole mortgage and escrow process and as first time home buyers we had tons of questions. He was patient with us and always there. He also found us a great interest rate! We cannot recommend him enough and will happily use him again when purchasing our next home! 10/10 recommend and encourage anyone looking to buy a home in NC to use Thor Chitow for their mortgage needs!
