  Our family made a move across country and everything seemed right on track until we had an issue with our lender. Got a new lender, and that company was completely terrible with communication and updates. So we had to fire them. Rewind… Having chosen our current lender at first (while selling a home in the west) I assumed the transition would be flawless. After all, we had built a great track record with them and after completing the sell of our home, the loan would be paid in full. Why not, seek to continue business right?? Wrong. Then choosing a well known lender who is only for military family’s, I assumed again our family would be taken care of. Wrong!! Two failed attempts for a home loan? Why? This was not our first home purchase, or second… it was our fourth!! So, My brother, suggested we go with Byars & Clark. Best decision we made. With only a few weeks before our original closing date, we were unsure if it would be possible to stay on track for closing. Wrong again! We worked primarily with Mr. Clark, but his team entirely were the best!! They worked our loan; dedicating time after hours because they understood the severity of our case. They helped prevent our family from becoming homeless and without. Our experience with this team will forever be memorable. Not only did we get our dream home, but made Byars & Clark team a part of our family!! We Would not hesitate to trust them and easily recommend them to anyone looking for that personal touch and extreme attention to detail. Thanks again family, you were awesome!!

  Lee is the absolute best! All of my questions are always answered, and Lee does an amazing job with making you feel comfortable and taken care of throughout your whole process! Customer service is out of this world!
