      I got my loan from Penny and she did a great job. Also I worked with a customer service rep named Cloye she did a great job setting up my bi weekly payments. This is what keeps a consumer satisfied and referring more business over to your guys company keep up the great work!!

      We were first time home buyers and Homebridge was recommended to us. Our rep did not do a great job communicating with us. They said they might need certain documents, then a month later said they needed those documents by the end of the week. We were very clear from the first phone call what documents we had, and which ones we did not have. Then later they asked for the exact documents we told them we did not have. As first time home buyers the process was very confusing and overwhelming. Our realtor helped us more with the process than the Homebridge rep did. In the end we did get the home and we got a great rate. The rep was nice even though communication lacked severely. Would not recommend for first time buyers.
