      If I had a choice to cancel this mortgage company I would. I have tried several times get in contact with them with no response. They either hang up on you or transfer you to a non working department. If you are a person high with in the company please feel free to contact me.

      Terrible communication. I applied for a loan with them using Brandy and Shelley. Explained my situation of being self employed that I'd need to use my most current year of income to be approved. They assured me there would be no issue. Long story short. I received NO direction or creative options. They used a traditional underwriting approach and I got denied (we knew this would happen). CLASSIC Bait and Switch. After that, no one approached me trying to figure out an option that would work. I switched to a different lender and was approved within a week with better terms.
