      I am new(ish) BB&T/Truist customer and everyone I have met there has been so nice. Chris Binion, the VP of BB&T/Truist, is the man! He's literally bringing back the meaning of a personal banker. He physically drives to your place of business to meet with you, get paperwork signed, whatever you need! He's available to help get answers to questions or fix an issue almost immediately. It doesn't matter you have a lot of accounts or a lot of money or are just starting out in life, he treats you the same. If everyone who works for this bank does what Chris Binion does, it's going to take over the world of banking. We all deserve a real relationship with our bank/bankers like he provides his customers.

      Not impressed. I have much better experience with other Truist branches. I was given improper information and made to jump through hoops to open a non-profit business account. I was told I would receive a phone call within an hour and never heard back.

      Was hard to find first time there I wasn't acknowledged I said hi lady ignored me I went to cash my check even when I had an account there she said she couldn't for no reason what so ever same day I went across the street to chase and they were super friendly and even help to cash my check glad I closed my account at bb&t chase is way better so helpful the guy even help.me set up my apple pay and help me call bb&t to help close.my account.
