      Amazing company!!. Knowledgeable and accessible for any questions you have whenever you have them. My wife and I used Brian Belsar and Lora Woodard for both our purchase and refi and they made an otherwise painstaking process seem easy. We recommend them to anyone looking to buy or refinance, do YOURSELF the favor!

      Do yourself a favor and don’t get a mortgage with this company! Their customer service is horrible. They never paid my taxes and were not willing to work with me so I had to file a banking complaint to resolve the issue. Stay clear of them as they do not help their customers at all!

      Horrible comapny!!! Lazy and incompetent. They have high fees that they do not disclose. Communication is very hard for them. I have dealings with the Rochester NY Homebridge Branch and I would not recommend it. I'm still having to deal with lack of communication in regards to my renovation loan. I wish my first home buyimg experience did not have them in the equation. Your lender suppose to be there to help you along the way. My lender homebridge feels more like a enemy. They do not have your best interest. STAY AWAY from them
