I will not lie; it is a difficult process, but necessary in order to have a home. After being on the other side of the home buying process, we can look back and see how much work it is was for your company. Your team is strategically put together. They each worked well with us and respected our time and cooperation collecting all the necessary paperwork, etc. The photo is a picture from our new lanai. What a relief to know it is ours. I actually look forward to making mortgage payments and getting into a routine in our new home.

      This was our 5th property we have had in our 26 years of marriage. We put down 4/5 of the property value. So... we are thinking this is going to be the easiest home loan that we have experienced. Wrong... I have never thought it could be so difficult. They repeatedly wanted more information. This went on for so long. I never thought we were going to close. Don’t get me wrong, the people were extremely nice, but the procedure was laughable. Do yourself a favor and find another lender.
