  Well it’s finally time I leave a review after almost two years of spam junk mail delivered almost everyday in our mail. We refinanced our home with Amy Battin back in 2019. Talk about the worst experience ever with a mortgage lender. After four or five attempts (2 months has passed without a response after sending out paperwork) to get them to send me the details on our refinance we finally had a closing date. The amount they told us for closing was off by over $1000 dollars!! Amy said she would make it right and refund us the difference after closing for even confirming the wrong amount and then blaming for on her “New” admin. Let’s take some ownership! Never once was I contacted after the fact, just sent a bunch of spam junk mail asking for the next refi in all types of suspect letters. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

  !!!ALL REALTORS AND BUYERS!!! Avoid. They don’t respond and will delay transactions because of their errors. Every transaction that they have been a part of has been terrible.
