If I could rate these clowns zero stars I would. Told us from the beginning if I don’t respond within one day something is wrong. Well I can’t tell you how many times it took them a week or two weeks to get back to us. I had to even reach out the owner of the company at one point. Then as tax season rolls around, get an email hey we’re focusing on our most valuable customers so we can’t do your tax return. This place is a joke.
