      Only because I had to leave a star, I have been trying to do a loan modification for over a year after our business had to shut down for 3 weeks, and My hours changed on my job do to the pandemic. I have been denied for not turning in paperwork on time, however I have all the emails times and dates. They only send threatening letter close the application . No one has called after a written appeal, many calls Every week , messages in the message center . I also pay all of my bills on time I am being ignored. Agents will not allow me to speak with a supervisor, they all don’t have clarity on the information. This now seems personal, unfortunately. THIS HAS BEEN A FULL YEAR , I would never refer anyone to this company. Run quickly from this company

      I own several businesses, rental properties and I have had several loans over my lifetime. I have never done business a company that is this incompetent. I would suggest you do business with a local bank that can complete a simple refinance in a timely fashion.
