  I truly cannot express how impressed and grateful I am to have found this company! It often feels as though there are so few true advocates left in the lending industry vs those that paint it on their wall and forget it. We are fortunate enough to be connected with Heather Ducker through our agent and she really made a huge impact when it came to our loan and making sure everything was fully understood every single step of the way. The process is complex, there are so many moving parts, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and all of it got the best of me more than once unfortunately. Moving on it's own can be so stressful but adding all the moving pieces and money associated with a purchase is enough to get you into therapy in a hurry! Heather and her team worked late, answered questions after hours, provided transparency far beyond one could ever hope for, and the best part is, even when I knew I was driving them batty, they still felt like friends, always professional and always acting in my best interests. I will never, NEVER, look to anyone else for financing and to anyone I can get to listen, I will be sending them Heather's way!

  WOW!! These guys pulled off the impossible for me and gave me a rate in the mid 2%.  I worked with Robert Hedges,  He is the type of person you'd refer to friends and family. This the 3rd home I have bought. This was by far the toughest house to lock down. Dealing with the seller which was a challenge in itself. Then I had issues with my taxes and a number of other things. Robert was very creative and made this work. I can't say enough good things about him. I will be doing my refi with him here in a couple months. Thank you Robert.
