Mark Peterson and his team went above and beyond while helping us navigate our refinance. We were able to close in about thirty days with an even lower interest rate than we thought initially! They were very helpful and responsive during the first steps of the refinancing process, but it tapered off very quickly after that. They weren't communicative at all about the different things causing delays. My main point of contact was fired at some point and no one thought to inform us. They told us we were approved, then we waited for months with no word from anyone. As soon as they figured out we weren't approved and they wouldn't get our money, they pretty much dropped off the face of the planet. I had to call multiple people, multiple times just trying to get answers on why we weren't approved so I could understand our financial standing and the refinancing process in general. The answers I did get were riddled with bad attitude for some reason. The whole process lasted 6 months! Truly a terrible experience.
