      I have a mortgage through Homebridge and at first all went smooth...until they paid my homeowners insurance twice, leaving my escrow short. When I tried asking to have the insurance removed by faxing them a letter, it has been a true nightmare. Their customer service is beyond horrible and do not expect anyone to help you resolve any issues as one person doesn't know what the other is doing. Complete and total lack of customer service.
