  My husband and I were blown away by the service Arnold and Mishel provided us during our home purchase. Everything they did far exceeded any expectations we had. We were so impressed with the whole process and their services we couldn’t stop talking about it. The comfort level and knowledge they provided us led us to feel 100% confident in our purchase and informed every step of the way. We would never consider using another company after the services we were provided here. We will recommend Arnold to everyone and consider him to be one of the main reasons our home buying journey was so positive. Thank you Arnold and Mishel for taking so much pride in your work and putting forth so much effort to make our dream come true. We are truly grateful. UPDATE. We had to refinance with Arnold because we had a huge spike in our mortgage due to shortages in our impound account. He claimed this was due to taxes, we did our research and found out that our taxes had only gone up 100 dollars. Our mortgage went up $400 dollars to fill the impound account for roughly 4-5 months and after that was filled it was still raised $200. Anyone and everyone we talked to said “they never had heard of this before” We got no answers. We just did our refinance and I’ve already received calls on check shortages mailed by his company. We will be waiting again to see what happens to our mortgage in 10 months. So sad because we truly enjoyed Arnold and kept saying he was the best part or our house buying experience. That quickly turned into our biggest nightmare trying to pull together money to pay our mortgage. It has been less than a year to our original purchase and we were forced to refinance due to an error made somewhere that they will not tell us about

  My husband and I wanted to refinance our home after a year of owning due to dropped interest rates. After trying the refinance process with our original lender and paying quite a bit of money out of pocket, we were told that we cannot refinance and the money we supplied was non refundable. Then we were referred to Team Urias by a friend. Arnold and Mishel could not be more helpful and kind. They jumped through hoops to handle a very difficult CALHFA to provide them with everything necessary to get our loan refinanced. They answered every little question we had and helped us understand the entire process. We completed the refinance about 6 months ago with ZERO money out of pocket. I would recommend Team Urias to all of my family and friends.
