The folks are simply too good. I have not seen anyone else in the whole US of A beat their rates. Period. But your credit score has to be good. They only take loans that they know would not be defaulted. Also, they may be restricted to single family homes. Check. Essentially, dont even bother shopping for rates anymore. I have lost count of the number of times I have gone with Amerimac Plaza when the rates had fallen.
